The villa has 5 bedrooms with a capacity to sleep up to 10 guests.

It has 2 living areas each with TVs with English speaking TV channels.

The beach of Forte Da Oura is 200 metres away with bars, restaurants and Shops within a 2 minute walk

The main Strip is a 5 minute walk and the Old Town a 20 minute walk away along the coast road.

Perfect for groups wishing to holiday together.

There is one double bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor with extra beds if required and a lounge / kitchen, On the middle floor there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a lounge and Kitchen, toilet and bathroom, On the top floor there is a further 2 bathrooms and a double bedroom and a twin bedroom,

Each floor has its own terrace and there is a large area downstairs supplied with table & chairs for all the group to sit together by private pool

A check-in security deposit of £150 per person is required, payable either by cash on check in or advance bank transfer, which will be refunded within 7 days of departure with no issues ( we have never had a group who have not received their security deposit back).

Several in-villa activities are available including differing private catering options. Private airport transfers are also available for all locations as well as any other transport and activities required for when you are here.

Check in for the Villa is 4pm and check out 10am, we will try and be flexible with these if required.
