This Villa is comfortably furnished and with a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms,4 bathrooms, air conditioning, LCD satellite TV, private swimming pool and outdoor furniture to enjoy the sun or dine outside, ideal for a family or friend's vacation. You can enjoy the outdoor pool and the surrounding green area with complete privacy. The Villa has free WiFi and free private parking.

The infamous strip is just 400 meters from the property with numerous bars and restaurants.

The Historical area - Old Town is 1.9 km away and Albufeira Marina is 3.2 km from the property.

A check-in security deposit of £150 per person is required, payable either by cash on check in or advance bank transfer, which will be refunded within 7 days of departure with no issues ( we have never had a group who have not received their security deposit back).

Several in-villa activities are available including differing private catering options. Private airport transfers are also available for all locations as well as any other transport and activities required for when you are here.

Check in for the Villa is 4pm and check out 10am, we will try and be flexible with these if required.
