The villa has 8 bedrooms with 4 double beds and 8 singles with a capacity to sleep to 16 guests .
There is a large lounge, 2 kitchens, 6 bathrooms and balconies overlooking the beautiful swimming pool area and and with modernised  kitchen, bathroom suites etc. The lounge has satellite tv there is plenty of space for the whole group to be together both inside and out.

The Villa is situated on the coast  road between the old town of Albufeira and The Strip, with both being a 10 min walk away. The nearest  beach and with it's own local shops, bars, restaurants etc is only 2 minutes walk
from the  villa.

A check-in security deposit of £150 per person is required, payable either by cash on check in or advance bank transfer, which will be refunded within 7 days of departure with no issues ( we have never had a group who have not received their security deposit back).

Several in-villa activities are available including differing private catering options. Private airport transfers are also available for all locations as well as any other transport and activities required for when you are here.

Check in for the Villa is 4pm and check out 10am, we will try and be flexible with these if required.
